hi guys,

first time on here so apologies if in the wrong area.

i wish to have an MS form auto mailed out every month. if it hasnt been completed by a certain date then i want power automate to send it out again.

when it is completed it will then populate an excel/sharepoint file that will in turn update a monthly performance report.

i am new to power automate but really excited about its uses.

i cant seem to find anything about the msform email problem ?

also i'm hoping that this functionality does not involve an extra cost to my businesses current powerautomate license, i dont know how to find out?

thank you so much for your help guys

    Hi @fstupot

You'll need three flows in my opinion.  1. a reccurence that sends out the initial form request (i'm assuming it's the same Microsoft Form URL), 2. one to perform the reminders, 3. one to update the list when a response is received

You also need to consider a sharepoint list to manage this process, with name, email and last submitted date as a minimum.

    Flow 1

    Recurrence Trigger (1st of Month?)

    Get Items

Apply to Each on Values of Get Items

Send Email to Email Column in Get Items, Hi <name>, please complete form URL.

    Flow 2

Recurrence Trigger, (10th and 20th of each Month?)

    Get Items

Filter Array ( dayofmonth(Date) ne dayofmonth(utcnow()) ) i.e. month in excel isn't same as this month

Apply to Each on Values of Filter Array

Send Email to Email Column in Filter Array, Hi <name>, please complete form URL, you haven't done it this month etc.

    Flow 3

When new response is submitted Trigger

    Get Response

Update Item with filter email eq 'dynamic email of submitter' - today's date utcnow().

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
    Cheers,
    Damien
