Using Sharepoint list as action plan for different issues and need to send a reminder to each affected user with all open actions in one email

Hello!

We are using a Sharepoint list as Action plan for different issues. For each issue there can be many planned actions, with their status (open or closed) and their person in charge to execute them.

We want to send a reminder to everyone who has open actions pendant to manage. A different email for each recipient with all his/her open actions has to be sent.

Could you please tell me which are the connectors and triggers I need to use?

Thank you very much!

There are too many missing details to give you any real direction. Too many for me to write them up. But if you want to provide more details I ll read it again later.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

Thank you for your interest FLMike. Here I send you more details in order to clarify what I am looking for:

This is my Sharepoint list (Data Base):

In every row, there will be actions, that will also be assigned to a person in charge, to be managed. Every row will have an Status (Open or Closed).

This is the flow I have started and need to:

In fact, it should work as Planner task reminder, but I wouldn't use Planner, because there is more information than actions, and I DON'T want that users manage their action by using Planner, as I have already created an App for that.

Hope it is clearer now and you can help me.

    Thank you very much!
