I have a simple flow that notifies the approver when the form (Power Apps form) is submitted. The data connection is a SharePoint list. When the form is submitted, I receive two email notifications instead of one.
Yesterday, it only sent out one email notification and now it's sending two. Please advice.
Can you show the rest of the flow ? Is the condition inside an Apply to each ?
