Survey123 Connection (reset)

I am having an issue with Survey123. every few weeks it seems like my connection with Survey123 needs to be reset for the 'create report' actions. 

 

My question is, is it possible to 'set it and forget it' meaning i dont need to remember to go in and reset the connection every two weeks.
