Could you please share a full screenshot of the "Start an approval" action in your flow?
What is the "Approval type" in your "Start an approval" action?
Have you entered multiple approvers in the "Assigned to" field?
I afraid that you have choose the "Approval type" of "Everyone from the assigned list", and you have entered multiple approvers in the "Assigned to" field.
If you choose the "Approval type" of "Everyone from the assigned list", please make sure every approvers in the "Assigned to" field have approved the request so the request result would be approved. and if anyone have reject the request, the result of the request would be rejected.
If you choose the "Approval type" of "Anyone from the assigned list", the first response from those approvers would be the final result of the request. So if you make the first response to approve the request, then the request would be approved, however, if you make the first response to reject the request, then the request would be rejected.
