#VALUE! for cells with formulas in excel connector when listing rows and running scripts

As the title says I'm having an issue with power automate when i use the excel connector to list rows from an excel file located on a shared drive. Below is a basic outline of a flow that once per week extracts information from an excel file and sends out an email.

The flow clears fine with no errors. When i attempt to list rows it works up until the 16th row where it starts spitting out #VALUE! errors for every value that has a formula in it. The values show up normal before the 16th row and there isn't really anything unique or different about the 16th row. i have tried removing data and the error still occurs on that row. I've even changed the formulas with no success.

I also tried writing an excel script to create a simplified table. I thought maybe it was struggling to read the data (the excel sheet is 20 columns x 2500 rows). The script copies the existing table and pastes it as values into another worksheet. When I run the script within excel it runs fine all data is copied and there are 0 #VALUE errors. However when i ask power automate to run this script it generates these errors also in the16th row.

I could really use some help figuring this out. If there is some workaround or something. I feel like it may to be a memory issue because it happens at the 16th row.  but i'm unsure of how to fix that issue. There is a content transfer option within the connector? I don't understand how to use this but could this be it?

Please help!

I also found a previous post that was never resolve where they had a similar issue.
