Help with Settings for 'When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)' - Trigger Conditions

Hello,

need help with the Connector 'When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)'

Would like to add the correct additional Trigger Conditions in the Settings.

The trigger should only starts when an email IS NOT flagged.

The trigger Conditions arent working. They are not the correct parameters.

Grapped the parameter -"ccRecipients":[],"bccRecipients":[],"replyTo":[],"flag":{"flagStatus":"notflagged"}}}-

from the output of the following connector:

Flag email (V2) - Flag Status Not Flagged

The flow itselfs is working. No other screenshots are required.

Question: How are the correct Parameters for the additional Trigger Conditions?
How is the Parameter called, when an incoming email has no "Flag" or "Mark when is done" area?

Many thanks

I don't think the trigger condition you want to use is possible.  By definition an email isn't flagged when it arrives in the mailbox. It is only flagged by someone after it arrives.

@stefanstick Can you provide more insights to your flow? Unfortunately, the trigger doesn't output a flag status because all emails that arrive into a shared mailbox are not flagged by default.

Even if you forward an email that is flagged to a Shared Mailbox... the email is not flagged upon arrival in the Shared Mailbox.

Trigger conditions can be set in most flow triggers. These conditions you set must be true for the trigger to fire.

    Dear Paul Papanek Stork,

many thanks for the quick reply.

Hope, we are talking about this "FLAG":

Is it possible to set the Flag "Mark Complete" and foward the Mail.
(So, the "Mark Complete" is an Parameter in the forwarded Mail.) Ok, it was wrong.

    Many thanks at this point.

    My original problem is this:
If a sender sends a mail with the same subject to the SharedMailbox twice at about the same time, an error occurs when copying one of the two files in SharePoint. A timestamp is attached to the file to distinguish it.
