MS flow update item actions - Your changes conflict with those made concurrently by another user

I have created an MS flow approval, there are several parallel approvals so email goes out to approvers simultaneously, while testing I sent all the approvals to my email while approving one at a time I noticed the flow failed and saw this error "

"status": 400,

"message": "Save Conflict.\n\nYour changes conflict with those made concurrently by another user. If you want your changes to be applied, click Back in your Web browser, refresh the page, and resubmit your changes.\r\nclientRequestId: eaa781bf-7afc-4b89-b347-e83c129a89eb\r\nserviceRequestId: eaa781bf-7afc-4b89-b347-e83c129a89eb"

"

In my flow once approval is received it updates an item which is the same item with several parallel approvals. It's possible that all approvers could send approval at the same time.  Any ideas or workaround?

    Hi @JohnWeb ,

    It seems to be a flow issue rather than a PowerApps issue. If you have any further questions about Flow, please post in:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Flow-Community/ct-p/FlowCommunity

    And please attach a screenshot of the detailed configuration of your flow when reposting.

    Regards,

    Mona
