52I have created an MS flow approval, there are several parallel approvals so email goes out to approvers simultaneously, while testing I sent all the approvals to my email while approving one at a time I noticed the flow failed and saw this error "

In my flow once approval is received it updates an item which is the same item with several parallel approvals. It's possible that all approvers could send approval at the same time. Any ideas or workaround?
