Creating Event for Room Resource calendar.

Hey.

I'm using room booking system in powerapps, and I want to connect the app to calendars that appear in the users outlook.

I created room resource for each one of the rooms that are available for booking, but I can't find them or access them in Power Automate. Even though they are in my outlook calendar

The Only calendars appearing on the list are the default ones. I tried using the resource address or displayname as ID, it didn't work.

    Hi @ShayGur ï¼Œ

I'm afraid you won't be able to see other people's calendars unless they share their calendars with you, or you create a connection with their credentials.

    Best Regards,

    Bof

    Hey,

    Thanks for your response.

I'm not trying to create events in their personal calendar, I'm trying to create events in the room resources calendar.

Each room has a Calendar and I want a flow that creates events in the correct room calendar when a room is booked. The problem is that despite the fact that I got editor control in the calendars, they still doesn't appear as an option in Power Automate.

I hope it's not to much, thank you in advance.

    Spoiler (Highlight to read)
I have the same issue and would really love a solution. I may have to resort to inviting it as a resource Calendar, but then it has to be separately accepted, which isn't great.
