Hello,

I want to build the Flow to send out the 1 automatic email to multiple contacts listed for that item on List.

The List is:

Want to build the flow:

1. get item from List

2. Figure out Date submitted is empty

3. If Date Submitted is empty, send one email (only ONE email) to multiple recipient on RFI Contact (Person) column, coping person on Controller Test column.

Here is what I have:

Here is the result which I replaced Send an Email to Compose:

Aiko_Ishigo_4-1663877229645.pngAiko_Ishigo_5-1663877347239.png

I only want to see 1 output that listed Aiko and Carissa but not 2 emails to 1) Carissa and 2)Carissa and Aiko...

Please help...

    Hi @Aiko_Ishigo

You should take out Apply to each nested in Apply to each 2.

The two apply to each should be separate and not nested.

    @v-liwei-msft

I am not sure if I can do that.

That apply to each shows up automatically when I add Controller Test in the CC section of Send an Email.

And, even if I removed CC, there are 2 emails send out: 1 to Aiko only and 2 to Aiko and Carissa.

Please help I don't really know why there are 2 emails are out.

Or is there any way to make Flow recognize each item instead of emails?

    Hi @Aiko_Ishigo

Yes, duplicate emails are sent because you don't separate the two apply to each but put them together.

Apply to each is placed in Apply to each2, and Apply to each2 traverses RFI Contact.

Since RFI Contact is a multi-select column, an email will be sent for each traversal item.

Just separate the two Apply to each instead of removing one.

    Best Regards,

    Levi
