I have a vacation request in which all of my employees submit it for approval.

I want my calendar to only show 5 certain people when request is approved?

How can I show only 5 specific people on my calendar?

Can you provide additional detail please.  For example, are you referring to your Outlook calendar?  A SharePoint Calendar? An Exchange shared calendar?  Do you want to accomplish your goal with Power Automate?

If you are referring to any type of Exchange calendar (personal or shared) and you are using the Outlook desktop client/app, consider creating filtered views of the calendar that show only the entries in which you are interested.

    a sharepoint calendar.

When my request its approved the flow automatically "create an item" in which it displays every employee vacation time that's approved on the calendar. But now I want to display only 5 employees on the calendar. is there a create item I can do that adds to sharepoint calendar only when those 5 people request is approved?

You might consider adding a condition to your Flow.  The condition checks to see if the leave request was for one of those five individuals.  If so, then the item gets created in your calendar.

So, just add a condition and move the create item action to the Yes" side of the condition.

If you don't want to change your Flow, just create a filtered view of the SharePoint calendar that shows only thos people in whom you are interested - this can be made the default view.
