Failed to load PDF document as an attachment in Email

Hi there,

I built a flow to send email with option to the end user. This was working fine until I moved the items to a new Document Library.

Now for some reason, the attachment is not getting displayed in the email. It says 'Failed to load PDF documents"

This was working successfully earlier (before I moved the items and changed the flow to point to the new Document Library).

Is there anything that I am missing here?

Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi @aahmed2 ,

Could you share the screenshot of your flow?

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

If the condition is false, the user should email an email. All good there!

If the condition is true, the user has to perform an action and should be able to see the attachment being sent in the email.

The statuses are updating correctly using the flow based on the values. It's just the attachment that fails to load.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you once again.

    Here is the flow:

    Hi @v-xiaochen-msft ,

It's fixed. In the 'Send email Options' > under "Attachments Contents>, I had to switch the it to File Content instead of Body using the Dynamic content.

As always, I am grateful to this community for providing a safe place where power users can support each other. Thanks for your time and consideration.
