simultaneous registrations in powerapps

Hi guys.

I recently built an app whose data source is a list in SP, being an app that will be used by up to 200 people in my organization, I am afraid that when using it 2 or more people at the same time and click on the Submit button, When traveling the data from Power apps to the SP list, the data is not saved/sent correctly to the list and has errors, is there a way to ensure that this does not fail?

the App is very similar to a purchase app for different products when selecting them they are saved in a Collection and in the end to send the collection to a SP list many items can be sent and this can be done by many users at the same time.

I do not want the application to not work properly when many users use it and place their orders at the same time I want to avoid errors

Hi @jaimeMtz07 ,

As long as two users are not accessing the same record simultaneously, there should not be an issue. If you are worried about this, it is better to Patch the record rather than SubmitForm

Thanks for your answered, yes, I use the Patch() method in my Submit button to register what I have saved in the collection and send it to the SP list, I just haven't tested if several users execute this action at the end of their registration the SP list does not register something or you get an error.
