Hello Community,

I run into an issue that every time run the flow, I receive two duplicate emails instead of one. I created a two flow, one is Instant, another is Automated. The process is when a user uploads a new item into SharePoint and runs the flow, an email asks for approval will send to the approves. However, I keep receiving duplicate emails...

Can anyone help me with this? thank you very very much.

Hi @Green123123 ,

Could you provide more details about another flow?

Please check the flow run history of these two flows. After you create a new item, do the same flow run twice or both flows only run once, and both flows contain Approval action?

Should i set the Assigned to value as variable?
