After free premium trial, I can't use free version or any other feature.

My 90 days premium trial expired but I can't go back to even to use the regular Power Automate. Every tab I click shows the same screen, I already clicked on Request license and it says the trial has been extended but it keeps showing the same screen.

Any solution for this? At first I thought I had to give it a couple of days but it has not changed. My free flows are still working

    Hi,

Sorry to hear that.  Here's my four best options I recommend:

    1. Verify Your Current License:

      • Go to the Power Automate portal.
      • Click on Settings (gear icon) > View My Licenses.
      • Ensure that you have at least the Power Automate Free license assigned. If not, you might need to assign it.
      • If you have admin access, go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Users > Active Users.
        • Find your account and check under Licenses and Apps to confirm if the Power Automate license is active and showing as extended.
        • Revoke and Reassign License (if admin access is available)

        • Remove the Power Automate Plan 2 license (or trial) and then reassign the standard Power Automate license available in your Microsoft 365 plan.
        • You may need to log out and log back in for changes to take effect.
    2. Clear Browser Cache:

      • Outdated cache can cause display issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then restart the browser.
    3. Use an Incognito/Private Browsing Window:

      • Open an incognito/private browsing window and navigate to the Power Automate portal.
      • Sign in with your Microsoft account to see if the issue persists.
    4. Check for Active Trials:

      • If you've initiated multiple trials or extensions, there might be conflicts. In the Power Automate portal, go to Settings > View My Licenses to see if any trial licenses are still active.

Apparently, it was a bug that lasted several days. Thanks anyway!
