I am new to Power Automate - I have been asked by a user to set up an email alert to a group of individuals where they would receive an email when a document is added to a folder. Included in the email would be a link to the document. What is the best way to accomplish this? Thanks!

    There is a trigger action of document added, just search for sharepoint in the templates/trigger actions and you should see it. 

     

    Then after that you setup the email action, and the body of the email you should have options of dynamic content to insert one of which should be a link to the file.

    Hey @laboss54 

     

    You can create a Flow with two steps.

     

    Trigger - SharePoint When a File is Created(properties only)

    Action - Outlook - Send an email
