Please note that I have created a MS List on one of my sharepoint site and is using powerautomate to read that list. However in reading the list there are some records/entry that will provide two or more results. Whenever i use powerautomate to generate an email it sends an email per the total number of list entries returned.
Example:
List created to have Groups , leads and their email address
Group A - James Bond - 007@mi6.com
Group A - Money Penny - mp@hq.com
Group B - Harry Potter - hogwarts@magic.com
Group C - Frodo Baggins - lotr@middleearth.com
Powerautomate accept that you want to join a group and trigger an email to requester, however if the group has two leads then the request gets two email with each having one leads.
How can I have powerautomate merge the leads into just one email if there are more than one leads
