share flows without premium

Hello,
 
I would like to find my flows on the system and save them as zip to share with a colleague. I don´t have premium license only the normal one for power automate desktop.
 
Please, can someone help me?

    You need premium license to share PAD flows or to Export solutions as zip files from make.powerautomate.com. 
     
    You can copy and paste actions between editors. So you can copy the whole flow with Ctrl + A (select all) and Ctrl + C (copy selected) and then paste that code to text editor Ctrl + V and then send that text file to your colleague who then copies all the text from the text file and pastes it into their flow editor. 
    Subflows need to be copied separately (and input/output variables they need to recreate).

    Also make sure you both have same version of PAD
