Hi @PeiHe ,

Which browser do you use to sign in your PowerApps? IE or Edge?

Are you able to access PowerApps Web Portal (https://make.powerapps.com/) directly?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider clear cache (including Cookies) of your browser and re-start your PC, then sign in PowerApps again with your proper credential, then check if the issue is solved. Also please make sure your Network is in a good state.

Also please check if your Network has blocked required services in PowerApps as below:

If the issue still exists, please consider capture the Session ID value (within your screenshot), then submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro

After the test, the network in China can't be used. I can use it through VPN.

Yeah, please submit this issue to support team through the following link:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro

In addition, I also ask my colleague in China to sign in PowerApps without VPN, he could access PowerApps Web Portal successfully. Make sure your Network does not block the required services for PowerApps.

Thank you again for your support;
This is a very strange problem; I have normal access on the azure (mooncake) servers (https://make. powerapps. com).
But places outside the azure(mooncake) server cannot be used, including the network of our company and home.
We have reported this problem to Microsoft in China; they will investigate it further.
