Afternoon all,
I'm aware this may be a tall ask but I'm looking for assistance. Currently, i have a flow set up that sets up a task in planner from a new email in a shared inbox. It's hit and miss at times as I've tried to set it up so that it doesn't create duplicate tasks from replies so I want to try a different tact.
Thinking out loud - i would like:
1) New email lands in Shared mailbox
2) Flow kicks in to save details of email including attachment in an excel sheet or on sharepoint - perhaps this needs to be split out
3) For each entry, a reference is created like OPT00001
4) This new entry is then created into a task in planner with the details and the attachment attached
I'd like it to be sophisticated enough to recognise a reply so that it doesn't create a new ticket but rather adds the discussion to the task already created - link by the reference number.
Is this too much to ask? Is it possible? If it is, could someone assist with clear pictures - much appreciated.
