Is it possible to get user id by user mail and group I'd by group mail using graph api

To make user friendly interface want interact using mail id on UI.

    you can use the Office365Users and the MSGraphGroupsandUsers connector in powerapps, latter one is premium

    for example

    Office365Users.UserProfileV2("user email").id

    First(MSGraphGroupsandUsers.ListGroupsByDisplayNameSearch({'search':"group email"}).value).id > using First() because it returns a table

    what do you mean by azure identity ? 
    are you not getting any results with the connectors mentioned ?
