Power Automate: tasks in teams

I'm trying to build a flow to have data on completed tasks added to a new row in a table for tracking purposes. 

 

The issue I'm having is that the dynamic content doesn't seem to have a way to find the notes on the task or the name of the person that it was completed by. Is there a way to add this dynamic content?
