Hello Experts,

I have model driven application, where I have created 2 tables (Table1: InfoProject, Table2: EmailTracking), and both are linked with One-to-many relationship, for example one project can have multiple emailtracking records), I have used Main form in InfoProject table and added subgrid of emailtracking table on that form, please see the screen shot below,

I have requirement like, I want to export to excel some of the Info project fields like( Project Name, project Phase, Project status) along with multiple rows in the 'Track Email Entries' subgrid highlighted in the screen shot above on single export to excel button click,

what are the best possible ways to implement the solution.

I really appreciate the quick response on the same.

Best Regards,

    Hi

A few options for you to achieve that.

    - You can use Excel Templates and create the template including the child tables.

    - You can use Reports.

    - You can also use Power Automate Flow to generate an Excel file with a custom layout, and have it to export from D365 (possibly more effort and poorer performance, but you could for example send via e-mail once it's generated).
