Planner task completion to update Sharepoint list

Hello,

 

I need to build a flow that does the following when a Planner task is marked completed:

 

-Changes "Progress" column in the Sharepoint list from In Progress to Completed.

-Takes the Completed date from the Planner Task and adds this to the Sharepoint List column "Completed on"

 

Can anyone help with this? Thank you very much.
