Power Automate Really Slow

Is anyone else having issues with Power Automate being really slow today?

I have a complex flow that usually takes some time, but it is beyond ridiculous today.  I can’t even tell if it is doing anything.  Nothing has changed (with the flow) since last time I ran it.  I just updated my data so needed to run the flow again.

no issue with any of my flows ( and I have a lot doing data warehouse sync with a CRM platform) today.

Generally flow runs slow when you have out of control "loops". Does your flow have Apply to Each and/or Do Until loop?

    Hey @KariB

I have also a several flow and I didn't face any issues like this.

    following may be the reasons:

Complex Flow Design: Simplify your flow by reducing unnecessary steps or optimizing data retrieval methods to improve performance.
Throttling: Check if your flow exceeds action limits or runs too frequently, which can lead to performance delays.

    Solutions:

Flow Runs History: Review the run history to identify specific steps causing delays and address inefficiencies.
Optimize Loops: Enable concurrency control in 'Apply to Each' loops to process multiple items in parallel and reduce execution time.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I will try to make the flow a little less complicated.

    Hello.
It has been a few days since the post, has the problem been resolved?
I am experiencing delays in processing “Get Message Details” (Teams) and “Update Item”, “Get Items” (SharePoint) in my environment and wanted to ask if this is related.

Sorry if it is not related.

I do have a few loops in my flow which I'm trying to address.  However, I discovered that the excel file that I was running the flow off of was over 29MB.  Someone had added a crazy number of rows to one of the tables.  Once I reduced the file size of the excel file, my flow worked as expected.  I know it could be faster once I fix the loops up....

    Thanks for everyone's help!

    Thanks for the reply.
I am glad to hear that your problem is being resolved.
It seems that it was due to a different problem than ours.

    Anyway, thanks.
