Approval stopped to send email

Hi,

 

I have been using it for 1 year as an approval app and It was working good sending the approval to email and Teams, but two weeks ago suddenly it stopped sending the approval to email for one of the approvers. Now the Approver has to use Teams, but she does not use Teams regularly.

 

Weird, Other approvers still receiving approval on email and Teams.

 

I've already checked the email account and the spelling is correct.

 

Do you have any idea how to fix it?
