Good afternoon everyone

I want to build a checklist that looks something like the excel picture attached.

I would like to be able to tick of every item with the different options for the columns "Carried out" "not carried out" & "Not Appl" and for Comm I would like that to be a fillable textbox.

When I create something similar in Power apps I really struggle to get any of it in line and find it very hard to make it look "straight".

This checklist will be one of many other checklists that most work offline on an IPAD

Hi @Dirhufvud
How have you tried creating the grid? It should really be doable.
I have really quickly put a small grid together. Make sure to position the elements well and adapt Template Size of the Gallery with the Height of the elements.
Of course in this case you'll have to create a collection for each item first if you do not have any table. You can do a lot with it.
