Could you provide the details of the configuration inside the Condition?
Because the judgment set in Condition action is not satisfied, the action in If branch will not be executed.
Now that you have set the Start Approval action, the configuration in the Condition should look like this:
Note: If your approval type selects "Everyone from the assigned list", all approvers need to select Approve, then Response is equal to Approve.
