Hello,
I created a Canvas app using CDS connection and saved it in my Apps in Cloud, I don't see any option to Publish the app to Sharepoint site.
You can't save it to Sharepoint site as far as I know! It gets stored within the PowerApps.

You can embed your PowerApp onto a SharePoint page via an iframe, or you can use the PowerApps webpart. More information at the reference below.
