Hi I have a Canvas Powerapp , I Have shared my powerapp to other user as co-owner so when i edit the app , same time can other user also work on the app can both users edit on same app at a time , it is possible or the other user can only view the app ?

More than one person can work on an app at the same time. You need to link it to GitHub. I've not done this myself. It's a new feature, here's an article on it.
