Machine runtime app not installed in Windows 11

I installed Power automate desktop but there was no option to install machine runtime app, I am using windows 11, also I tried to login to Power Automate desktop with two different trial licenses Office 365 E5, Microsoft 365 Business Premium but still manage machine settings is not visible, any help is appreciated.

    Got it, it needed windows 11 pro version, it works now

     Even Machine runtime app not installed in Windows 10 for me, can you please share what are the steps you have followed the issues?
