Hello I am trying to create a flow for a call back list.
The list is hosted in Sharepoint Online.
There is a standard flow which sends an e-mail when a new Element is created in Sharepoint.
But we want some more features.
E.g. the element contains a time (15:00) in which a person should call the customer back.
When he does not call the customer back the creator of the element should receive an e-mail (at 14:30) that the callback did not happen.
Is this kind of scenario possible?
