Hello I am trying to create a flow for a call back list.

The list is hosted in Sharepoint Online.

There is a standard flow which sends an e-mail when a new Element is created in Sharepoint.

But we want some more features.

E.g. the element contains a time (15:00) in which a person should call the customer back.

When he does not call the customer back the creator of the element should receive an e-mail (at 14:30) that the callback did not happen.

Is this kind of scenario possible?

    Please consider to use a Condition in your flow, about how to add a Condition, please see this documentation for a reference:

    Here is another documentation about Workflow Definition Language, the workflow definition contains the actual logic that executes as a part of your logic app. This includes one or more triggers that initiate the logic app, and one or more actions for the logic app to take. Please check it for more details:

    Hello Mabel,

     

    thank your for your response. But there is no trigger which alows me to get the information of the sharepoint list at any point in time.

     

    I would like to get the information if the customer was called back (true or false) half an hour before the time limit is reached.

    It would be easy if i could do more actions in a "do until" loop.

    If the value "erledigt" is false I need to check the current time and the value in the list. Only when the value "erledigt" is still false and the time equals a specific timestamp I need to send an e-mail.
