Get_user_profile_(V2) has started to say Access Denied

Hi,

We have had a number of flows running for a few months now on a scheduled basis each evening. On Saturday night when the flow was scheduled to run it started to fail. We are doing a number of things with these flows but the specific action when we are now receiving the error is for Get_user_profile_(V2). The specific error message being received is "

Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource.". However, i don't know what the access denied is in relation to. I have seen on this community about a note of ensuring the root SharePoint site collection has read access available to the users but this doesn't seem to resolve this issue in this case. Incidentally, the same thing is now happening in Power Apps when using the Office 365 Users connector.

Has anyone come across this and can point me in the direction of what the access denied is in relation to?

Thanks

    Hi @MarkPP

    Can you check the data connection used for the 'O365 Connectors', is there any change in the user account password?

    @sudharsan1985  Thanks

    I have tried removing the connector and re-adding it and have also tried recreating the connection but still get the same issue.
