Power Automate Flow cannot be added to Canvas App

Hi! I am having problems with adding an instant flow to a power app canvas app. It used to work fine, but after an update to the flow it cannot be refreshed or added to the canvas app anymore.

The error message in Power Apps is: "Unable to add flow, there was a problem adding your service Please try again later."

The flow on itself runs fine when testing and gives back data in the Power Automate web environment. Any clue?

I have been investigating bit more. An almost empty flow works fine. In my flow i get entities from an Azure Table Storage cloud table and then makes a response. So the flow is:

Powerapps trigger -> Get entities (v2) -> Select attributes and rename them -> create a response to Power apps.

The integrated flow pane tells me something about that Get Entities (V2) will break something (cannot read the warning message completely). Does anyone know what can be the problem with getting entities from Azure Table Storage in a flow in combination with Power apps?

Another test pinpointed the problem to the Get Entities action in the flow which is somehow not supported for Power Apps?? please help!
