trying to create a simple flow based on template its showing error

I was trying to create a Microsoft automate flow, but couldnt do it, its a simple " european format time conversion" to "american format" time . I have used the same steps and letters used which are on the template , i have attached those screenshots too. any comments on what i did mistake

I've just tested your flow and it seems that you'd need to provide the format, in which you're inputting the date, see:
