Shared flow not working for others

I have created a flow with an automatic trigger and it works fine for me.

It updates outlook out-of-office when a Holiday event is in the calendar.

I added my colleagues as a co-owner but the flow isn't triggering.

Its my personal calendar. I want the flow to access peoples individual calendars not mine please.

Hi @VT-Tiana

sharing flow means sharing connections as well - and i don't think they can trigger the flow with your connections unless u modify some event

Hi,

I'm not sure what's happened to my post but I cant see most of the replies.

But to summarise its not possible to create a flow that will work for everyone's calendar?

Isn't there a way for it to monitor a collection of calendars?
