Upload multiple PDF documents from Microsoft Forms and send an email with options for each document.

I have a form that can take multiple PDF documents. For each document I want to email it with options. The form requires a document and can have 1-10 documents. Each document needs to be approved by the supervisor so it needs multiple emails.

@chsanche Thanks so much I will look over this document. I have a way to send an email with all the uploads from the form but i am looking at trying to get it to send an email per document.

Hi @hcristiano

There is no out of the box way to work with Forms uploads, that being said, I found a blog that contains information that might help you, I can't guarantee that this will work but you can check on this information: https://www.bythedevs.com/post/working-with-files-on-ms-forms-in-ms-power-automate.
