Just to let everybody know, since it's extremely hard to come by this knowledge without parsing the "pricing" table:
Even though there's no mention of it anywhere else, the "on premise gateway" (the app your pc needs to run) is actualy a premium feature. so spare yourself the time it takes to download this almost 200MB file that installs to 570MB just to find out it won't let you login.
Abhorent behavior, not what one would expect from such a litigious corporation!
