Flow failure - "Forbiden" , status 403

Hi,

I've been using this Flow for couple of years, but now it fails and cannot get my head around the root cause. Hope someone brighter than me can help :). The step where it fails is an "Update a row" command and the error details points me to Permission denied due to missing connection ACL. I checked my connections and all are running.

The raw output says:

 "statusCode"403,
    "headers": {
        "x-ms-failure-cause""apihub-token-exchange",
        "x-ms-apihub-cached-response""false",
        "Date""Thu, 30 Sep 2021 07:56:17 GMT"

    Another thing I can think of is if you have the necessary permissions to edit the file, or if some of the tables you want to update have been renamed or if someone did some modification to that file and now the entries cannot be found in the action. Just check that all the inputs are ok.

    If the error keeps popping up, I think the best way to address this issue is by opening a support ticket.

    If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: Get Help + Support - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you for the suggestion! I checked the connections all are working well and have access to shared file. Will try manually to re-build the flow (although I'm not an expert)

    Hi @YBPRX198

    In the action tab, press the three dots, check if the connections are ok, if something is wrong it should show a red dot next to the connection name, if everything looks good try adding a new connection and enter your credentials again.

    You can also check the connection in the Data tab at the left (Flow-Data- Connections)

    Another idea is to manually check if you can access this file.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards.
