error 404 getting item from sharepoint

I am building a power automate from when the flow gets an item ID from the sharepoint list but i get this error: 

Item Not Found
clientRequestId: 17a2f884-582f-490c-8fa5-b68bc3fcdc25
serviceRequestId: 17a2f884-582f-490c-8fa5-b68bc3fcdc25

while this item exists in the sharepoint:

 

can anyone help?

    Just to eliminate the obvious:
    - Can you please confirm that the connection / account that you are using for GET ITEM action has access to the SharePoint List?
    - Can you edit your Flow by manually typing ID as 16 and see if the error comes again.

    Another stating the obvious since it's 404 I assume you are 100% on the sp list item id?
    Perhaps you can elaborate a bit on how the id is retrieved.
