How to implement "On Power BI button clicked"

I tried to use the template "Update an Excel table from Power BI", but the only help I found was:

  • "No additional information is needed for this step. You will be able to use the outputs in subsequent steps".
  • "This trigger allows you to start a flow when a button is clicked in Power BI".
