This could be an issue with your connections. Can you please delete your current connection to SP and create a new one and check if you continue to get the issue.
Also, this could be a caching issue. You need to log out of the current session and close the browser window. Start a fresh session -> Clear cache -> login and check if you are still facing the issue.
