8Within a list I have a choice with 16 options. I want to be able to :
Based on choices 1-4 > Update item to Assign to Joe
choices 5-9 > Update item to Assign to Susan
choices 10-13 > Update item to assign to x
choices 14-16 > update item to assign to y
Then based on update send email with properties of updated list.
I created a switch with 16 cases > update item. However I do not want to create 16 actions to send emails. Is there a way I can send an email with the metadata of the item updated?
Or perhaps a better way to do this? appreciate th help
