Automatically Moving an Item to Another List Once Criteria is Met

I am attempting to create an automation that will move an item from the Active Projects list to the Completed Projects list once the Status column has been marked Complete

 

I have had success using Power Automate to create/copy the item in the Completed Projects list, however, I cannot get the item to remove from the Active Projects List using the automation below.

If I attempt to add a Delete action (to delete the row from the Active list) into the "If yes" section, I am met with an error message and the item does not delete.

I am hoping someone will have a better method for moving items between lists or at least identify issues in this method.

    Hi @swilder 

     

    Do you want to move the item from list 1 to list 2 once it meets the condition that the status is complete?

    Could you please show what error message you received?

     

    Based on your description, I have made a simple test for you reference.

    1. List 1 with the status is Complete:

    2. Here is the flow:

    3. Result:

    The item was deleted from list 1:

    And it was successfully moved to list 2:
