Hi, I am trying to record the form responses into excel and then attach the excel to an email to notify other users for viewing. I noticed that the form responses can open in excel, is this excel attachable or is it better to have a flow to record into my own excel?

The Open in excel function only supported in the form and if you want to use it, you need to open and save the excel in your folder manually, then you could create a flow to send an email with the excel attached.

If you want to record the form response to an existsing excel table when a response is submitted, you could create a flow to record the form response to an existsing excel table, and then you could send an mail with the updated excel attached.
