Hi,
I have a very simple flow where "whenever a form submission is made", "Get the response" then "create items on Sharepoint list". There are multiple fields where the data are extracted successfully but a number of them are empty. Upon looking into it further I can see that these fields are missing right at the "Get response" stage. It seems that the Flow is not able to read these fields properly. However nothing is different for these form questions, as all are text based.
Has anyone come across something similar and have a solution please? Thank you.
@Franky1 Can you share screenshots of your flow. When you say that the fields are missing right at the "Get Response" stage. Are you referring to the output from the Get Response Details action? If the fields appear empty in this action, then it would be assumed that those fields are optional and were not filled in.
If those fields are filled in and the flow isn't pulling in that information, can you switch to the Classic Designer (if you are using the new designer) and try to run a test again? The New Designer is still buggy especially when using it with the MS Form trigger and actions.
