Pulling email address from information in Forms

I've created a form in Microsoft Forms in which one response is the name of an employee in the company (choice field). Is it possible to take that information, retrieve his/her email address, and send an email notifying him/her that a response was received?

    I don't see why not, just use the Office 365 connector to get the email address.  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365users/#search-for-users-(v2)
