    Hi Eric,

Do you mean Office 365 Outlook Calendar?
Do you want to set “Private” when you configuring the flow?

I found that there is no available field can be used to set the event to be private or not. I guess that this should be a new addition, please consider to add a new feature request at Flow ideas forum at here:
    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

I will also collect and report this feature request on my side. Thanks for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Mabel,

    Thanks for your reply.

Yes, i mean outlook calendar appointement.

Let say the flow will update the received appointement depending on the sender and set it as private if sender is my wife for example.

I will add it to the "ideas" 🙂

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for your prompt response.

After you submitted the idea, I will also suggest other customers who have the same request to vote your idea. And I have already collected and reported this request on my side.

    Thanks again for your understanding.

    Best regards,

Has this been implemented yet? This is vital for anyone that keeps a work calendar and personal calendar on separate platforms. I don't want people at work to be able to see my personal appointments from my google calendar, but I want the time blocked out as busy so that people could set up meetings with me and know when I am available.

    akamrat,

Unfortunately, seems that the field is still not reachable in the flow process 😞

Hopefully this will be added soon.

I'd like to keep my private events well..... private.

Me also. This has to be the most common reason people would use this flow.

has there been any update to this?  I also would like to do this, rather than having to open each calendar entry in Outlook, change the sensitivity to private, save and close, rinse and repeat... especially since it doesn't carry over to recurring appts and I have to change every.single.one.

    This is really needed!

In a GSuite/O365 organization, we can't have appointments marked as private in O365 show up as not-private in GSuite.
