How can I get access to use waiver process

After hit the "start my trail" button, It show I couldn't use the waiver process APP. How I can get the access?

    Hi @RegenZ ,

     

    I assume this app is something internal used in your organization. Probably it's best to get in touch with the app maker to resolve the issue. By going to make.powerapps.com, and then selecting Apps, you should be able to find the app, and its' owner:
