String array output to readable format from sharepoint combobox

I'm hitting a issue with formatting the chosen values from a multi pick sharepoint combo box in powerflow.  I've found a few "answers" in the forums, but can't get them to work in my flow (maybe things have changed?).

Essentially I get the data from sharepoint when a record is created

I'm then trying to concat the data with a br so that it looks tidy in emails going out.  I've followed the following guide but can't get the concat expression to work as per the guide:  Solved: Remove in - concat code to create new break line i... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

This is my workflow to date - I know it differs from the example above but I cannot get that to work so have created the screen shots to show where I am.

Ideally I would like to create/compose an output that shows

Samples chosen:

celec/spacer

channel/Mesh

Fabrics

HD Tec Book

etc

essentially a return after every input and no " or [

please help 🙂

See example below that uses a multi-select choice column called Samples.

Full flow below. I'll go into each of the actions.

When an item is created triggers on a new item.

Select uses Samples as input and Maps the Samples Value. Note that I also use Text mode for the Map (see arrow on screenshot).

This will give us an array of items that we selected in the Samples choice field.

Join takes in the output from the Select and joins the items with a <br> so they will appear on a new line in the email.

Send an email uses the output from the Join.

After running the flow, we would receive the following email.
